I would highly recommend Mother Nature’s Cleaning Service and will definitely use them again. I requested a quote through Yelp, received a response within maybe an hour. The price was totally reasonable. Communication was prompt and clear. We got the service scheduled for a couple days later. The technicians who arrived were on time, polite, professional and did a beautiful job. Couldn’t ask for better!

I am so pleased about the look of my couch-it appears brand new! Mother Nature’s owner and employees are quick, efficient, and very respectful. I called on a Saturday and my couch was sparkling by Monday. I made myself look at the water after the cleaning process and I was completely embarrassed, but completely grateful I chose Mother Nature to give me back a respectable looking couch. When I called him back regarding cleaning another shag carpet ridden with cat pee, he was honest with me and spent time explaining options and sticking to integrity by informing me that his services could not fix my problem. I felt he cared more about integrity and honesty than just making another dollar. Great business!

I used this company to get my carpet cleaned in our San Rafael home. The carpet had lots of stains from my kids playing, coloring with Crayola and getting the carpets all messy. The guys were very professional and cleaned out all the stains and my carpet looks great.

Such an amazing experience. David and Andrea were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I called them after a visiting puppy peed on a beloved and valuable old carpet of ours. I was pretty unconvinced that we’d be able to get the stain out, but they were able to! As a bonus, they also removed a 20-year old stain that was the result of a melted crayon incident when I was a kid. The carpet has been cleaned several times since the incident and no one was able to remove that crayon stain. But they were able to. Amazing! Can’t say enough good things!

This was an amazingly smooth and accommodating service. Andrea was on it with scheduling of the appointment. The service provider was super professional, easy, and quick. My carpets and couch are nice and clean, and I highly recommend Mother Nature.

They were on time and our mattress looked amazing! They were worried we could see some stains still but it must have been to their trained eye only since I couldn’t see anything. It smelled heavenly and my allergies are honestly noticeably less. Already scheduling them again to do some couches!
